By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Overview

Sage Ceylon specializes in professional IT services such as web development, software solutions, hosting setup, domain and SSL configuration, and SMS gateway integration. No physical or retail products are offered.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Advance Payment: A 20% non-refundable advance is required before starting any project.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, SMS gateway sender ID fees, and recharge amounts are non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Refund Process: Any applicable refund will be settled within 30 days and must be requested in writing to [email protected].

4. Revisions & Support

• Revisions are provided as per the initial project scope. Any changes outside this scope may incur additional charges.
• All revision requests should be clearly communicated in writing within the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, graphics, and content created by Sage Ceylon remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. After completion and settlement, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project information, content, and assets within the agreed timeline.
• Sage Ceylon will not be liable for delays caused by client inaction or incomplete submissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sage Ceylon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or third-party service disruptions.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if the client breaches these Terms or acts inappropriately. In such cases, any paid amount will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
