As our services are intangible and project-based, our return and revision policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.
As our services are digital and custom-delivered, we do not offer a return period for completed projects. However, we ensure client satisfaction through a structured revision process based on the original agreement.
If a client requires revisions or updates to the delivered solution, we will work closely with them to address any concerns, as long as they fall within the scope of the original project agreement. Additional charges may apply for requests that go beyond the agreed scope of work.
For all custom IT service projects, we require a 20% advance payment before the project begins. This advance secures resources, planning, and initiation efforts. Please note that this advance is non-refundable once project work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled after commencement, the 20% advance payment will not be refunded. Any remaining amount paid may be partially refunded depending on the progress and efforts completed at the time of cancellation, in line with the original service agreement.
In the rare case a refund is considered, it will be evaluated and processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the original service contract. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via [email protected].
If a refund payment is approved, it will be settled within 30 days from the date of confirmation.
As our services are customized and delivered digitally, we do not offer exchanges. If updates or modifications are needed, they will be handled through the revision process detailed above.
